Though Kristen Stewart got her first mainstream break playing Jodie Foster's diabetic daughter in "Panic Room," she rose to A-list status after starring in "Twilight." Taylor Lautner has come a long way since playing the aquatic hero of 2005's "The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl." He's put on over 25 pounds of muscle to play the bulked-up Jacob Black in "New Moon." Not that he needed protection from bullies to begin with. By the age of twelve, he won three karate Junior World Championships.
